Sublimation offset ink about Floating dirty
Phenomenon: Light sewage dirty, in the non-image areas, not from printing and dyeing, so easy to erase.
Reasons：
1.ink is quite soft, by the role of fountain solution, part of the ink into the fountain solution emulsified in the formation of oil in water emulsion.
2. Chemicals and wetting agents in the paper contribute to ink emulsification.
3. Fountain solution containing soap, or detergent to cause ink emulsification.
Approach:
1. Change with a high viscosity, and thick hard emulsion ink, or to join the Mexican oil of high viscosity in the original ink.
2. Change the paper.
3. Adjust fountain solution components and PH.
