ZLQ sublimation thermal transfer ink (magenta)
ZLQ sublimation thermal transfer ink (magenta)
Sublimation thermal transfer ink is used on all kinds of offset machine. With the ink, firstly print image on paper, then transfer the image onto various materials by heat transfer press, especially for polyester fabric. Under high temperature, the ink will become gas and go into fabric.
Used scope
monochrome machines for the leaflets to paper,two-color or multi-color offset press
Characteristics
1,be able to adapt to high-speed printing needs.
2,under normal circumstances to maintain the printing press ink fountain 36 hours not conjunctiva.
3.Ink granula is up 5um
Printing advantages excellent ink-water balance ,dot reproduction clear, complete solid fast, good stability on the machine.
3.Ink granula is up 5um
Application examples
(1) If the red print typesetting , PS , magenta 100%, yellow 40%-35%, after the transfer as a big red .Blue ,PS plate , green 100%, Magenta 20%,after the transfer as being blue .Green ,the PS version ,green 80%, yellow 90%, after the transfer as being green .
(2) When printing Asian skin ,pay more attention to color as follows: Reference number of the PS version ,magenta 12-10%; PS version yellow 8-7%; PS version of green can be a small adjustment.
Sublimation thermal transfer ink printed list of the desired temperature (for reference)--- Aluminum plate, stainless steel, copper and porcelain coated, the thermal transfer the desired temperature can refer to the temperature of the polyester fabric.
