Litho/Dye Sublimation Offset Ink

When the offset press/machine stop working, while come back to open the machine go on working, the offset sublimation ink color will change, the print-out color is not the same as previous, how to solve this problem?

There are two reasons will cause this problem:

1.     May be the reason is the rubber blanket, the offset sublimation ink on the rubber blanket  may appear emulsification, you just washed the rubber blanket, then add a generous layer reductant will be ok.

2.     Or maybe the problem is the water roller, because the offset sublimation ink belongs to oily, it is lipophilic, but not hydrophilic. So clean the water roller then go on printing will be ok.
