Notice
It apply to offset printing machine.Speed is below 8000r/h.Before using the printing plate you should Play the sample first ,if there is no deviation and then determine the comp Engraving and Printing. Because the sublimation ink for gas coloring, it is not ordinary printing according to the proportion .
Application examples
a. To get 50%C on fabric, the color on paper should be 30%C;
b. To make red PS-plate, the ratio is 100%M and 35%-40%Y;
c. To make blue PS-plate, the ratio is 100%C and 20%M;
d. To make green PS-plate, the ratio is 80%C and 90%Y;
Transfer Temperature (for reference)----- Aluminum plate,stainless steel,copper and porcelain coated,the thermal transfer the desired temperature can refer to the temperature of the polyester fabric.
